The 2006 Mid-Year Meeting will be held at the Hotel Santa
Fe, the only Native American owned hotel in Santa Fe. The hotel is located
in Santa Fe's world-renowned historic district. To make 
your
reservation for the Mid-Year Meeting, call the Hotel Santa Fe at 800-825-9876.

The special group rates have been reserved for a limited time, but only
until all group rooms have been allocated or until the group cut-off date,
whichever comes first. These special group rates are also valid before and
after the meeting dates based on availability. Deadline for reservations
is Wednesday, April 19, 2006. We suggest booking your reservations early.
The special group rate is $94 plus applicable taxes. The group rate is applicable
for your hotel stay between Sunday, April 30 and Friday, May 5. Be sure
to mention that you are attending the NASDDDS Mid-Year Meeting. (Our booking
number is 3702.)
FLYING INTO ALBUQUERQUE AIRPORT: Albuquerque
Airport to Hotel Santa Fe is a 60-minute trip via the Santa Fe Shuttle,
a luxury service. The current fare is $21.00 per person one-way or $38 round
trip (plus $2.00 gas surcharge). Ten coach departures per day are scheduled
in the summer, eight in the winter. The Santa Fe Shuttle picks up and drops
off passengers directly at Hotel Santa Fe. For information or reservations,

The registration fee is $250 for state directors, state agency program staff, and local developmental disability authority managers and $350 for all other registrants. Preregistration for the meeting is now closed. You may register onsite at the registration desk to be located in the Kiva C Foyer.
