CONFERENCE THEME 

States I/DD agencies know how important it is to monitor supports for quality outcomes from services delivered, including the obligation to monitor the health and well-being of all people supported. As states continue to implement new HCBS regulations and improve systems to support home and community-based services, an opportunity also arises to build more integrated and holistic models of measuring the quality of supports. This shift is structured on a culture that moves away from quality being defined by the compliance of regulations to one that uses continuous improvement strategies using available data to anticipate system vulnerabilities, respond to data trends, and increase a state’s capabilities of balancing risk and quality of life with health and safety assurances

The conference will provide opportunities to:

  • Learn about innovative strategies for improving compliance oversight and quality of services while ensuring the health and safety of individuals
  • Learn from state colleagues about state quality initiative efforts
  • Learn about how quality-driven goals can be translated into clear performance expectations
  • Hear from federal leaders about HCBS quality direction and support

EXHIBITS
Interested in Exhibiting at the 2018 Annual Conference? 
Exhibitors have the opportunity to establish new and build on existing relationships with state intellectual/developmental disabilities leaders from across the country, national councils and membership organizations, service providers, families, self-advocates, and other interested stakeholders.

Fees
The exhibitor fee is $1,500 per table. This fee includes a 6' x 30" table, two chairs, internet access, electricity, and exhibitor representative(s) in the exhibit area plus discounted registration fee for those exhibitors who wish to attend the conference.

Application Deadline
The deadline for exhibit applications is October 12, 2018, or until space is sold out. Please note that exhibit TABLE TOP space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-reserved basis.

Sponsor will be recognized in the conference program, agenda materials, and by having their company name displayed as the WiFi password for the duration of the conference. WiFi passes will be handed out to attendees. In addition, this sponsorship includes two complementary conference registrations.

Thursday Conference Continental Breakfast: $5,000 SOLD
Sponsor is recognized in the program, agenda materials, and by having their logo displayed during the breakfast event.

Thursday Conference Morning Break: $3,000
Sponsor is recognized in the program, agenda materials, and by having their logo displayed during the Thursday morning break.

Thursday Conference Award Luncheon: $7,000 
Sponsor is recognized in the conference program, agenda materials, and by having their logo displayed during the event. In addition, this sponsorship includes one complementary conference registration and company signage displayed during the luncheon event.

Thursday Conference Reception: $10,000 SOLD
Sponsor is recognized during this reception where conference participants can reconnect with their colleagues. Sponsors will have their logo displayed during the event as well as in the conference program, and the agenda materials. This sponsorship also includes two conference registrations and company signage displayed during the reception.

Friday Conference Breakfast: $5,000
Sponsor is recognized in the conference program, agenda materials, and by having their logo displayed during the breakfast event.

(must be an NASDDDS member state I/DD agency employee)

Alumni Member - $570
(must be a member of the NASDDDS Alumni Association)

Exhibitor Attending Conference - $570
(must be a registered exhibitor for the conference)

Non-Member - $650

Group Rate - $450 / Per Person
(the Group Rate is for three or more registrations from the same organization / agency submitted together - available to both members and nonmembers. the registration fee is $450 per registrant)
