Pennsylvania Issues Newest Edition of The Positive Approaches Journal

Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) recently announced that the latest edition of the Positive Approaches Journal is now available. Per an announcement released on June 2, the issue is intended to inform and educate readers on the importance of training and communication between the justice system and those supporting individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges, intellectual disabilities, autism and other developmental disabilities.

Data Discoveries, a feature of the journal, spotlights useful data presented in ways that are interesting and customizable. This issue’s Data Discoveries will feature a tutorial to assist readers in determining the validity of justice data sources.
